Responsibilities include opening/closing the restaurant, managing shifts, and ensuring cash accountability, with a focus on safety and operational excellence across a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have proven leadership in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to train and coach staff effectively.

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates hourly crewmembers.
• Owns onboarding, status changes and payroll for hourly staff.
• Creates crewmember work and training schedules.
• Manages performance including coaching and documentation.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
