Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support daily restaurant operations, uphold standards, and drive exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

You will help hire and train crewmembers, manage onboarding and payroll, schedule staff, and ensure cash handling accuracy while coaching the team towards excellent service and adherence to policy.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized with multi-priority capabilities.
• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold company standards.
• Open and close the restaurant as manager on duty.
• Hire and terminate all hourly crewmembers.
• Manage onboarding, payroll, and schedules for hourly staff.
• Manage cash handling and ensure accountability.
• Provide exemplary customer service and uphold safety standards.
