Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold Cane's standards and culture. This role involves a fast-paced kitchen environment, customer interaction, and leadership of hourly crewmembers.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently and in teams, adaptable and energetic
• Able to analyze problems, set goals, and execute action plans
• Proficient with MS Office and quick to learn new systems

Responsabilités

• Hires and terminates hourly, non-management crewmembers
• Owns onboarding, status changes and payroll for hourly staff
• Creates work and training schedules for crewmembers
• Manages performance, coaching and documentation for staff
• Acts as manager on duty; opens and closes the restaurant
• Ensures cash handling and accountability; enforces policies and standards
• Maintains restaurant cleanliness and ensures equipment is in good working order
• Performs other duties as assigned
