Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers® is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations, uphold Cane’s standards and culture, and drive guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires leading on-shift teams, onboarding and payroll for hourly crewmembers, scheduling, coaching, and ensuring food safety and brand compliance. 3+ years in restaurant management preferred; 18+ and high school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Able to work independently and with others.
• Experience with MS Office and adapting to new systems.

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates hourly, non-management crewmembers.
• Owns onboarding, status changes and payroll for hourly crewmembers.
• Creates crewmember work and training schedules.
• Manages performance, coaching and documentation.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
