Responsibilities

• Support Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold standards and culture.
• Own onboarding, status changes and payroll for hourly crewmembers.
• Create crewmember work and training schedules; coach and develop staff.
• Act as manager on duty; open/close restaurant; cash handling accountability.
• Ensure cleanliness and facility readiness; enforce policies and safety standards.
