Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Leader in Irving, TX. This role supports the Restaurant Leader in daily operations, upholding Cane’s standards and culture in all areas of restaurant operations.

The candidate will manage onboarding and payroll for hourly crewmembers, create schedules, coach staff, and serve as manager on duty. Requires 3+ years in restaurant or retail management, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates all hourly, non-management crewmembers.
• Owns onboarding, status change and payroll for hourly crewmembers.
• Creates crewmember work and training schedules.
• Manages performance and coaching for hourly staff.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
