Raising Cane’s is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen and front-of-house setting, interacting with customers while ensuring safety and quality.

This role emphasizes leadership, scheduling, onboarding, and performance management. You will oversee hourly crewmembers, participate in shift management, ensure cash accountability, and help maintain restaurant

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team, flexible and energetic.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Able to work varied shifts including days, evenings and weekends; willing to travel for training.

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates hourly non-management crewmembers.
• Owns onboarding, status changes and payroll for hourly crewmembers.
• Creates crewmember work and training schedules.
• Manages performance, coaching and documentation for hourly staff.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
