Job summary

Raising Cane’s is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations. You will uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture across all restaurant activities.

The role involves supervising hourly crewmembers, scheduling, coaching, and managing cash handling in a fast-paced kitchen environment with customer interactions. Prior restaurant/retail management experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Experience managing restaurant or retail teams desired.

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates hourly non-management crewmembers.
• Owns onboarding, status changes and payroll for hourly crewmembers.
• Creates crewmember work and training schedules.
• Manages performance of hourly crewmembers including coaching and documentation.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
