Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is hiring an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support daily operations, uphold standards and culture, and lead a fast-paced kitchen environment. You will drive onboarding, coaching, and scheduling for hourly crewmembers while maintaining exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.

The role requires managing shifts, cash handling, and enforcing company policies, with opportunities for growth and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates hourly crewmembers.
• Owns onboarding, status changes and payroll for hourly crewmembers.
• Creates crewmember work and training schedules.
• Manages performance of hourly crewmembers (coaching, documentation).
• Acts as manager on duty; opens and closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards.
• Executes shift management meetings and safety standards.
• Provides exemplary customer service.
• Ensures cleanliness and proper facility maintenance.
