Job summary

Raising Cane’s is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture.

You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, lead hourly crewmembers, manage onboarding and payroll, and ensure excellent customer service. The role demands flexibility for various shifts and a track record in restaurant management; we offer strong benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and able to learn new systems.
• Able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates all hourly, non-management crewmembers.
• Owns onboarding, status changes and payroll for hourly crewmembers.
• Creates crewmember schedules and manages performance.
• Acts as manager on duty, opens and closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Enforces company policies and safety standards.
