Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers seeks an Assistant Restaurant Leader in Illinois to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold Cane’s standards and culture. The role requires managing onboarding, scheduling, payroll, and performance for hourly crewmembers in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates all hourly, non-management crewmembers.
• Owns onboarding, status changes and payroll for hourly crewmembers.
• Creates crewmember work and training schedules.
• Manages performance including coaching and documentation.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
