Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations, uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture, and drive service excellence in a fast-paced kitchen.

This role offers a starting salary of $55,000 annually with a $750 monthly training incentive, weekly pay in many locations, and a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-driven, flexible and energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work effectively independently and with a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Ability to work days, evenings, weekends and travel as needed.
• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates all hourly, non-management crewmembers.
• Owns onboarding, status changes and payroll for hourly crewmembers.
• Creates crewmember work and training schedules.
• Manages performance and coaching of hourly crewmembers.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Enforces policies and standards; conducts shift management meetings.
• Ensures cleanliness and good working order of the facility.
• Provides exemplary customer service and uses rewards and recognition.
