Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture across all areas of restaurant operations.

This full-time role requires managing onboarding, scheduling, payroll, and performance of hourly crewmembers, opening/closing duties, cash accountability, and enforcing policies while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized with strong written and verbal communication.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates all hourly, non-management crewmembers.
• Owns onboarding, status changes and payroll for hourly crewmembers.
• Creates crewmember work and training schedules.
• Manages performance and documentation for hourly staff.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Enforces company policies and safety standards.
