The role requires 3+ years of restaurant or retail management, a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; the position offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Detail-oriented, organized, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and adaptable to new systems.

Responsibilities

• Support Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations.
• Open and close the restaurant as manager on duty.
• Hire, onboard, and payroll for hourly crewmembers.
• Manage cash handling and ensure accountability.
• Provide exemplary customer service and enforce policies.
• Ensure cleanliness and good working order.
