Raising Cane’s in Michigan is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture in all areas of restaurant operations.

The role involves hands-on work in a fast-paced kitchen, managing onboarding, scheduling, performance, and cash handling, with opportunities for weekly pay, growth, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Restaurant or retail management experience.
• Able to work varied shifts including days, evenings and weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Hire and terminate all hourly, non-management crewmembers.
• Own onboarding, status change and payroll process for all hourly crewmembers.
• Create crewmember work and training schedules.
• Manage the performance of all hourly crewmembers (development, coaching, documentation).
• Act as manager on duty and open/close the restaurant.
• Manage cash handling and ensure accountability.
