Raising Cane’s is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support daily operations and uphold company culture. You will help lead a fast-paced team and ensure guest satisfaction in a busy restaurant environment.

The role requires 3+ years of restaurant management, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. We offer competitive benefits, weekly pay where applicable, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented and organized, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and adaptable to new systems.
• 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Able to work varying shifts, including days, evenings and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates all hourly, non-management crewmembers.
• Own onboarding, status changes and payroll for hourly crewmembers.
• Create crewmember work and training schedules.
• Manage performance including coaching, documentation and development.
• Act as manager on duty and open/close the restaurant.
• Manage cash handling and ensure accountability.
• Enforce company policies and safety standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper operation of the restaurant.
