Raising Cane’s is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations, uphold our One Love culture, and drive service excellence. The role requires managing onboarding, payroll, scheduling, and performance, plus opening/closing duties and cash control.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in restaurant or retail management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Support Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture.
• Assist with onboarding, status changes and payroll for hourly crewmembers.
• Create crewmember work and training schedules and monitor performance.
• Act as manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant.
• Manage cash handling and ensure accountability.
• Provide exemplary customer service and use rewards program for staff and customers.
