The Assistant Restaurant Leader at Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and upholding Raising Cane’s standards and culture in all areas of restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, change status, and process payroll for hourly crewmembers.
• Create and manage crewmember work and training schedules.
• Coach and develop hourly staff; document performance and actions.
• Act as manager on duty; open and close the restaurant.
• Manage cash handling and ensure accountability.
