Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture. You’ll manage onboarding, payroll, scheduling, staff development, and open/close the restaurant, while delivering top customer service in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires strong organization, leadership and communication skills; 3+ years in restaurant management; high school diploma; valid driver’s license;

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in restaurant or retail management is required (3+ years).
• Willingness to travel for work-related functions and training.

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates hourly, non-management crewmembers.
• Owns onboarding, status changes and payroll for hourly staff.
• Creates work and training schedules for crewmembers.
• Manages performance, coaching and documentation.
• Acts as manager on duty, opens and closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and accountability.
