Job summary

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Leader to support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards for a positive guest experience.

You will hire, onboard, schedule, coach and evaluate hourly crewmembers, ensuring safety, quality and financial controls are upheld across shifts. The role requires 3+ years of restaurant or retail management and a high school diploma or equivalent, with some college preferred.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing.
• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Hires and terminates all hourly, non-management crewmembers.
• Owns onboarding, status changes and payroll for hourly crewmembers.
• Creates crewmember work and training schedules.
• Manages performance of hourly crewmembers (coaching, documentation, development).
• Acts as manager on duty and opens/closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Enforces company policies and standards.
• Provides exemplary customer service.
