Job summary

Jimmy John's is seeking an Assistant Restaurant General Manager (ARGM) to direct daily operations in the RGM's absence, upholding brand standards and delivering high-quality products and service to every guest.

The ARGM collaborates with the RGM to recruit, train, and motivate staff; manage schedules; ensure a safe, clean environment; and oversee food safety, inventory, and administrative duties.

This position requires flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality or restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• Able to work evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and guest-relations skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily restaurant operations in the RGM's absence to ensure standards.
• Lead guest engagement and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Support RGM in recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling.
• Ensure food safety, proper storage, preparation, and presentation.
• Oversee administrative tasks and reporting.
