Job summary

Jimmy John's is seeking an Assistant Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations in the absence of the RGM, ensuring top quality food and guest service. This role demands strong leadership, guest focus, and commitment to brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

The ARGM will supervise staff, recruit and develop team members, manage schedules, and maintain a safe, clean restaurant. Responsibility for food safety and daily administrative duties is included as part of profitability

Qualifications

• Ability to work minimum 40 hrs/wk; including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, and procedures.
• Promote positive team atmosphere; opportunities for growth/development.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations in the RGM's absence; ensure adherence to company standards and guest satisfaction.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly; promote positive guest engagement.
• Assist RGM to recruit, hire, develop, and motivate team members; manage work schedules.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and ensure proper food storage, handling, and presentation.
• Oversee administrative responsibilities and ensure profitability.
