Job summary

Jimmy John’s is seeking an Assistant Restaurant General Manager (ARGM) to oversee daily operations in the RGM’s absence, ensuring adherence to company standards and delivering quality food and guest service.

You will lead a team, recruit and develop staff, manage schedules, and maintain a safe, clean restaurant. This role emphasizes guest engagement, food safety, and administrative responsibilities to drive profitability.

Qualifications

• Ability to work minimum 40 hrs/wk, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Promote positive team atmosphere; opportunities for growth/development.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations in the absence of the RGM and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
