Job summary

Jimmy John s is seeking an Assistant Restaurant General Manager (ARGM) to oversee daily operations in the RGM's absence, ensuring adherence to company standards and delivering high-quality products and service. You will lead a team, focus on guest satisfaction, and drive profitability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include resolving guest inquiries, recruiting and developing staff, and maintaining a safe, clean restaurant with proper food handling and storage practices.

Qualifications

• Requirements include: ability to work minimum 40 hrs/wk; evenings and weekends; ability to read, write, and interpret safety and operating manuals; promote positive team atmosphere; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations in the RGM's absence; ensure compliance with company standards and quality of food and service.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly; maintain positive engagement with guests.
• Assist RGM to recruit, hire, develop, and motivate team members; manage work schedules.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-maintained work environment; ensure proper storage, handling, and presentation of ingredients and menu items.
