Job summary

Jimmy John\'s is seeking an Assistant Restaurant General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in partnership with the RGM. Responsibilities include guest relations, team development, scheduling, food safety, and ensuring profitability.

The ARGM will maintain health standards, promote teamwork, and uphold company procedures. This role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a dynamic guest-focused environment while driving

Qualifications

• Ability to work minimum 40 hrs/wk, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong reading/writing skills for safety rules and manuals.
• Promote positive team atmosphere; opportunities for growth/development.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Take responsibility for positive engagement with guests.
• Assist RGM to recruit, hire, develop, and motivate team members; manage work schedules.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable work environment for employees and customers; keep the restaurant clean and equipment in good working condition.
• Ensure ingredients and menu items are properly stored, handled, prepared, and presented with great care for food safety.
• Manage administrative responsibilities.
