Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Manager to lead quality for data center projects nationwide. The role requires directing QC activities, reviewing documentation, and coordinating with project teams to ensure conformance with contract documents.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of field QC experience on large, ME P-heavy projects, and a technical degree in construction or engineering. Travel to project sites is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of field quality management experience on large construction projects, preferably mission critical.
• Technical degree in construction, civil, architecture, engineering or equivalent is required.
• Experience leading construction documentation and contract administration is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development and implementation of Ryan’s quality program for data centers.
• Manage daily QC tasks to ensure work conforms to contract documents.
• Lead and train project teams on quality-related activities.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for conformance to specs.
• Conduct weekly QC meetings and document minutes; issue weekly QC reports.
