Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Construction Quality Control professional to lead the QA/QC program on a data center project in Cedar Rapids, IA.

You will implement Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-Up controls, oversee the ITP, review submittals, and ensure field workmanship meets established quality standards. You will coordinate with trade partners, lead weekly QC meetings, and drive safety-aligned quality outcomes, leveraging Procore and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architectural, civil, structural engineering or construction management.
• 5+ years of construction quality control experience.
• Familiarity with data center construction best practices.

Responsibilities

• Support the project-specific quality management strategy by implementing the three phases of control (Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-up).
• Oversee the Project Inspection Test Plan for CSA and MEP installations, prior to commissioning.
• Coordinate and monitor daily QA/QC activities for the Ryan and Trade Partner Quality Teams.
• Communicate quality management status and risks to the project team, project leadership, and client teams.
