Job summary

Ryan Companies US, Inc. seeks a Quality Control Manager to join the Mission Critical sector. The role requires a technical degree in construction or related field and at least 5 years of field quality management experience on large, MEP-heavy projects.

You will lead QC, train teams, review drawings, and ensure compliance with contract documents across projects. The position involves frequent site presence, collaboration with PMs, Superintendents, and external stakeholders, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field quality management experience on large construction projects.
• Experience leading construction documentation and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of the quality program for data centers.
• Manage daily QC tasks to ensure conformance with contract documents.
• Train project team members on quality-related activities and standards.
• Review shop drawings and submittals for conformance with project specs.
• Capture and document weekly QC meetings and minutes.
• Monitor QC activities and drive corrective actions for non-conformances.
