Mission Rock Residential, LLC seeks a Leasing Consultant to assist with day‑to‑day operations under the Property Manager. You will ensure timely rent collection, lease adherence, and effective communication with residents.

The role requires 1–2 years onsite leasing experience, solid computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), and a firm grasp of Fair Housing laws. A customer‑driven, detail‑oriented approach is essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years onsite as a Leasing Consultant
• Proficiency in PC skills including Word, Excel, Outlook
• Thorough understanding of Fair Housing laws

Responsabilités

• Maintain high level of customer service and online presence to achieve satisfactory survey scores
• Explain policies related to screening, leases, rent collection, and move-in/out procedures
• Review resident files and accounts to identify unpaid or late balances and enforce the lease
• Tour community and amenities with prospects and stay informed on unit details and rates
