Mission Rock Residential LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to provide information and conduct onsite tours to lease apartments and deliver exceptional customer service to residents. You will actively participate in leasing and marketing to maximize occupancy.

The role requires 1–2 years of sales and customer service experience, basic math, and solid Microsoft Office skills. A strong team environment and fair housing adherence are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Conduct onsite tours and leasing of apartments to prospective residents.
• Provide excellent customer service to current residents to maintain satisfaction.
• Process resident communications, log service requests, and coordinate with the Service Team.
• Greet clients and prospects in a friendly, compliant manner and adhere to Fair Housing regulations.
