You will manage communications with prospects, residents, and vendors while collaborating with the Community Director to achieve property goals. This role emphasizes growth, teamwork, and maintaining a welcoming on-site presence.

Qualifications

• 1 year of multi-family property management experience preferred.
• Leasing experience is preferred.
• Customer experience specialists or related fields encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provides exemplary customer service to residents and proactively solves issues.
• Abides by federal fair housing standards and applicable laws.
• Develops professional skills and seeks continual growth.
• Represents the company professionally to residents, vendors, and owners.
• Greets residents, maintains a neat office, and serves as a point of contact.
• Completes tours for prospective residents, showcasing the property.
• Resolves issues promptly with a focus on customer service.
• Occasionally works outside standard hours to ensure resident satisfaction.
