Job summary

Mission Rock Residential is seeking a Property Manager to oversee all day-to-day property operations in San Francisco, ensuring resident satisfaction, asset value, and smooth team workflows. The ideal candidate excels in high‑level customer service and clear communication, acting as the bridge between residents, vendors, and ownership.

This on-site role requires a minimum of 2 years on-site leasing or related supervisory experience, knowledge of Fair Housing principles, and proficiency with MS

Qualifications

• On-site leasing experience (2+ years) as Leasing Consultant or Assistant Community Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing principles.
• Proficient computer skills including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support the property’s financial goals, manage the asset in the owners’ best interest and in accordance with Company policies.
• Maintain the highest level of customer service and online presence to obtain satisfactory scores on surveys/reviews from residents and prospects.
• Consistently enforce policies of the community in conjunction with Fair Housing Laws.
• Maintain accurate records of all community transactions and submit on timely basis (i.e., rent rolls, delinquency reports, move‑in/move‑outs, etc.).
• Provide oversight of the team to ensure Company procedures are being followed, resulting in orderly and efficient workflows.
