Mission Rock Residential LLC is hiring a Leasing Consultant in Silver Spring, MD. You will engage with residents and prospects, maintain online presence, and support day-to-day property operations under the Property Manager.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, fair housing compliance, and accurate lease procedures, rent collection, and move-ins/outs. On-site position with opportunities for bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years onsite as a Leasing Consultant or similar role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong knowledge of Fair Housing laws and compliant practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest level of customer service and online presence to achieve high resident and prospect survey scores.
• Explain policies on screening, lease paperwork, rent collection, and move-in/move-out procedures.
• Review resident files and accounting records for unpaid balances and communicate with residents to collect delinquent balances.
• Tour community, amenities and vacant apartments with prospects and stay current on specs, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
