Job summary

Mission Rock Residential, LLC is seeking a Leasing Consultant to support daily property management operations at 13/15 West. You will maintain resident communications, assist with rent collection, and help ensure lease compliance in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

Under the Property Manager's direction, you will explain policies, review files, and conduct tours for prospective residents. A minimum of 1–2 years on-site experience and strong MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years onsite as a Leasing Consultant.
• Competence in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Thorough understanding of Fair Housing laws.

Responsibilities

• Maintain excellent customer service and manage online presence to achieve high resident/prospect satisfaction scores.
• Explain policies related to screening, application criteria, leases, rent collection, and move-in/out procedures.
• Review resident files and accounting records to identify unpaid balances; communicate with residents and enforce lease terms.
• Tour community, amenities and vacant apartments with prospects and stay informed about unit specifications, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
