WOODLAND CREEK is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to assist the Property Manager across all duties, ensuring cash flow and property maintenance in line with Drucker + Falk standards.

Under supervision, you will show apartments, process applications, manage move-ins/outs, prepare files, renewals, reports, and outreach marketing, while maintaining resident relations and coordinating with other departments.

Qualifications

• Must have one or more of the following: a 4-year Degree, a 2-year Associates Degree, or 2 years’ work experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Knowledge of apartment rental and collection practices.
• Excellent customer service, sales and marketing skills.
• Yardi experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Show apartments and process applications for prospective residents.
• Handle move-ins and move-outs; maintain resident files.
• Initiate lease renewals and coordinate with Property Manager.
• Process maintenance service requests.
• Prepare weekly traffic/renewal status reports.
• Outreach marketing and follow-up on rental leads.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable as instructed.
