Paths Building Services LLC in Tulsa, OK is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to interact with tenants and handle a variety of issues including collections, lease administration, and complaints. You will also ensure proper and timely maintenance of the property via inspections and coordination with maintenance staff.

Requirements include minimum 2 years in property management with Section 8, familiarity with affordable housing, and proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Qualificações

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Property Management, including Section 8.
• Familiarity with affordable housing.
• Experience managing maintenance staff is a plus.
• Understanding of annual certification.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience working with unions is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct daily arrears collections, including resident visit follow-ups as needed.
• Oversee the resident move-in and move-out process.
• Inspect all units prior to move-ins and after all move-outs.
• Work in conjunction with maintenance staff on the administration of work order requests.
• Assist the PM with annual unit inspections to ensure Tax Credit Regulatory compliance.
• Ensure on-time collection and completion of all annual resident certifications.
• Process new move-in packages.
• Prepare Section 8 packages for reviewing supervisor.
