Job summary

Monroe Group in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Community Manager with Section 8 and LIHTC experience to oversee daily property operations, leasing, budgeting, and HUD compliance. You will supervise staff, manage occupancy, ensure timely rent collection, and maintain property standards across multiple sites.

Collaborating with the Regional Manager, you will monitor budgets, review financial reports, and ensure compliance with affordable housing programs while directing maintenance and resident relations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• At least 1 year of Property Management experience in a managerial role.
• Must have working knowledge of affordable housing programs (Section 8, LIHTC).

Responsibilities

• Oversees the community staff to assure smooth operations.
• Maintains wait list at 30%.
• Ensures vacant units are turned and rented within 5 days.
• Daily inspection of property cleanliness.
• Ensures compliance with Section 8 and LIHTC programs.
• Prepares weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
• Assists Regional Manager with annual budget preparations.
• Delinquencies management and rent deposits.
