Pax Properties in Tulsa, OK, is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee daily operations of a multifamily community. You will lead the onsite team, drive leasing and occupancy, manage rent collections, and monitor budgets to ensure financial performance.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, customer service, and knowledge of Fair Housing regulations. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred and Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Previous multifamily property management experience required.
• Strong leasing, collections, and resident relations experience.
• Experience with property management software (Entrata preferred).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead a team and achieve occupancy and financial goals.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
