Responsibilities

• Develop systems for cost reporting, scheduling and budgeting.
• Track performance metrics to optimize productivity and reduce costs.
• Prepare proposals and estimates with drawings take-offs.
• Set up project structure with safety, scheduling, cost codes, and billing.
• Assist handoff from estimating to field supervision.
• Coordinate with purchasing on material orders and submittals.
• Provide weekly progress updates to the Project Manager.
