M. J. Electric, LLC, a Quanta Services company, seeks an Assistant EPC Project Manager who thrives in quality construction. This role assists the Lead EPC PM in engineering oversight, procurement, and scheduling to meet EPC milestones.

You will collaborate with design engineers, utilities and owners, assess project risks, and help deliver projects on time and within budget while meeting client and regulatory requirements. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Understanding of power systems and utility-scale construction.
• Project management skills for complex projects.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with AutoCAD or MicroStation.

Responsibilities

• Understand project scopes under the oversight of the Lead EPC PM.
• Learn to evaluate, identify, and communicate project requirements and risks.
• Coordinate with 3rd party design engineers and customers.
• Assist with planning, scheduling, and budget adherence.
• Support business development meetings with utilities and owners and offer design solutions.
• Monitor design requirements and ensure quality and compliance.
