Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving in Ohio is seeking an Assistant Operating Director who will report to the Operating Director. The role focuses on developing and leading in-office staff, and overseeing scheduling, administrative and operational functions of the office.

Qualifications

Education and/or experience in administration, sales, customer service, and HR functions in an office setting.
Minimum two years’ experience as Administrator or managing sales or customer service.
Valid driver license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

Oversee and support office managers to ensure effective performance and alignment with company standards.
Serve as primary liaison between the office and Home Base, including payroll notes and shift verification.
Handle client escalations, conduct check-up calls, and complete quality visits.
Ensure compliance with state supervisory visits as necessary.
Participate in on-call rotation and respond to after-hours needs.
Back up client assessments when the Operations Director is unavailable.
