Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving is seeking an Assistant Operating Director to lead the in-office staff and oversee scheduling, administrative, and operational functions. You will share on-call duties with other managers and coordinate with the Operating Director.

The ideal candidate manages office personnel, liaison with Home Base, handles client escalations, and ensures state-required supervisory visits while supporting growth and client service excellence.

Qualifications

• Leadership and sales track record to meet business goals.
• Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with direct recruitment and staff oversight.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Gmail, Meet, Calendar, Docs, Sheets).

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support office managers to ensure performance and alignment with standards.
• Liaison with Home Base for payroll notes, shift verification, and updates.
• Handle client escalations, conduct client check-ups, and quality visits.
• Ensure compliance with state-required supervisory visits.
• Share on-call duties and respond after hours as needed.
• Backup for client assessments when Operations Director is unavailable.
