Job summary

Cornerstone Caregiving in Centennial, CO is seeking an Assistant Operating Director to lead in-office teams, oversee scheduling and administrative operations, and share on-call responsibilities. The role reports to the Operating Director and drives day-to-day efficiencies across the office.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, sales and HR coordination experience, and comfort with technology. A proactive, autonomous mindset and excellent communication skills are essential for success

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred; combination acceptable.
• Minimum two years’ experience as Administrator and/or managing sales, customer service, and human resources functions within an office setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and develop in-office staff and scheduling to ensure efficiency and alignment with company standards.
• Liaise with Home Base for payroll notes, shift verification, and operations updates.
• Handle client escalations, perform quality visits, and maintain high client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with state-required supervisory visits.
• Share on-call duties after hours as part of rotation.
• Provide backup for client assessments when the Operations Director is unavailable.
