You will mentor shift leaders, monitor operations, and implement cost controls in a fast-paced environment, delivering memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
• Ability to keep employees motivated, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions.
• Available to work all shifts; open, close, weekends and holidays.

• Reviews sales and scheduling to ensure QSC goals are met.
• Ensures accurate daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs.
• Reviews inventory and creates product orders.
• Evaluates and implements cost controls.
• Monitors people charts and planning; adjusts as needed.
• Creates and monitors schedule; on-boarding for new hires.
• Implements action plans addressing employee needs and assessments.
