Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.

• Review sales and scheduling to ensure QSC standards are met.
• Ensure daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs are accurate.
• Review inventory to create product orders.
• Evaluate and implement cost controls.
• Monitor people charts and production planning; adjust as needed.
• Create and monitor schedules and on-boarding for new team members.
• Implement action plans addressing employee needs and operational assessments.
