Burger King in Chicago is seeking an onsite Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and help achieve financial goals. You'll train new hires, schedule shifts, coach staff, and ensure compliance with standards.

The role requires 1–2 years of supervisory experience and a strong guest-service mindset, with flexibility to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays in a busy restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Review inventory and order materials efficiently.
• Evaluate cost controls and adjust as needed.
• Monitor people charts and production planning; adjust as necessary.
• Create schedules and onboard new team members.
• Implement actions addressing employee needs and operational assessments.
