• Handle POS transactions per policy; manage sales, discounts and refunds.
• Inventory control including receiving, price changes, markdowns and audits.
• Merchandise floor and visuals per brand standards and signage.
• Payroll-related tasks: scheduling and attendance tracking.
• Train and develop direct reports; reinforce operating standards.
• Loss prevention and safeguarding company assets.
• Develop understanding to manage day-to-day operations.
