Qualifications

• Minimum two years of restaurant management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer use.
• Ability to work a 50-hour workweek during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring, training, and developing hourly team members.
• Ensure a safe, professional, and engaging restaurant atmosphere.
• Provide clear expectations and follow-up to keep shifts running smoothly.
• Oversee performance and corrective actions as needed.
• Address guest needs and deliver exceptional service.
• Report to General Manager with action plans and goals.
• Execute operations policies and maintain brand standards.
• Be flexible to work extended hours during peak periods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
