ACGBBQ, LLC., the licensed Sonny’s BBQ franchisee, seeks a manager to lead daily operations and staff development. You will hire, train, schedule, and evaluate hourly team members while upholding safety, service standards, and a welcoming atmosphere across the Sonny’s location.

Expect a leadership role with a focus on guest experience, team mentorship, and adherence to company policies. The position involves substantial hours including peak-season increases to sustain excellent service.

Qualificações

• Excellent interpersonal skills required.
• Strong time management abilities.
• Solid reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English; read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Minimum of two years in restaurant management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating hourly staff.
• Maintain safe, professional, and engaging restaurant atmosphere.
• Serve as primary resource for hourly team members on shift operations.
• Set clear benchmarks and expectations for assistants and staff.
• Monitor performance and provide follow-up and feedback.
• Respond to store needs and ensure guest satisfaction.
