Job summary

ACGBBQ, LLC., a licensed Sonny’s BBQ franchisee, seeks a restaurant manager to lead daily operations and ensure the guest experience Sonny’s is known for. You will hire, train and develop hourly team members, maintain a safe, professional atmosphere, and oversee performance to meet expectations.

The role requires good English, strong interpersonal and time-management skills, and the ability to work 45–50 hours weekly (more during peak seasons).

Qualifications

• Ability to speak and read English and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• At least two years restaurant management experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong time management skills.
• Solid reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Proficient in using computers including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring, training and developing hourly team members.
• Ensure a safe, professional and engaging restaurant atmosphere.
• Are the go-to resource for hourly staff and address needs daily.
• Provide clear benchmarks and expectations to hourly staff.
• Oversee hourly performance through follow-up and communication.
• Respond to immediate store needs and guest service.
• Execute store policies and programs; work 45–50 hours weekly.
• Report information to General Manager with action plans and goals.
